- And in order to do that, we need

- to not only lift up along the spine the way we've talked,

- but we also need to lift up off our hips.

- So what I want you to do is take your h hands

- and hold pretty hard in, in, for me, it's into my fla

- at the hip bone, which is lower

- than you probably think it is.

- And then actually using your hands

- and your arm muscles, lift yourself up there.

- And once you've done that, take a hand

- and sit your chest back down.

- 'cause a lot of times that'll puff out your chest.

- And then once you've done that, relax a little bit

- and when you relax into that space,

- it'll make more room to lift further.
