We talk about lifting up off the hips

and um, when we dance, we dance for ourselves

And in order to do that, we need

to not only lift up along the spine the way we've talked,

So what I want you to do is take your h hands

And then actually using your hands

and your arm muscles, lift yourself up there.

And once you've done that, take a hand

and sit your chest back down.

'cause a lot of times that'll puff out your chest.

And then once you've done that, relax a little bit

and when you relax into that space,

it'll make more room to lift further.

And can you see that happen with David? Maybe? Yeah.
