This is the first in a series of videos where, um,

Um, and the comment we wanna make is that this is the way

that you get excellent by working on very small things.

We're gonna be doing this repeatedly for different steps

and picking what we think is the pivotal piece of the step,

which when you master it will make excellence.

And what's more, no matter your level,

it's likely to be very relevant.

That's so if we talk about the basic, there's this moment

And so there are two motions.

There's the motion of taking your partner in front of you,

and there's the motion of shifting to your front leg.
