- And so if you watch me walk, the, the normal way

- but, uh, many people will overdo the

- contra from the low back.

- And so here's a demo of, of what I'd say is the right first,

- which I'd say their contra starting from the SI

- joint in the hips.

- And as an example, if instead of doing it in an SI joint,

- from my low back, then this is making my low back a joint.

- But it really, its function is not

- to be a primary point of pivot.

- If instead I pivot by moving around my SI joint,

- Yes. But it's not about the low back moving,

- it's about the change in the SI joint.
