- So it’s really fun if it works right.
- For the woman it feels like she’s flying

- In order to make it work right, balance is an issue.
- Not every leader is going to be as perfect as David
at staying the same distance.
- So what the women need to do is
pull down on him from their backs.

around towards the right shoulder.
- And in my right arm, I’m reaching around…
- ..I lift in and up. So I really support.
- And when she pushes down with her left shoulder blade...
- ..then it becomes very much towards the body
and so it becomes easier.
