Raccomandiamo vivamente di trascorrere un po 'di tempo in ogni video, di guardarlo più volte e di praticarla, spostando i piedi dietro di noi. Abbiamo anche alcuni video in modo da poter vedere cosa c'è là fuori. Non vogliamo che tu cerchi di lavorare su di loro, vogliamo solo che tu vada a guardare e godere.
