Existen dos cosas que tiene que dominar:

  1. Mecánica: en este caso, posicione la sentada de manera que las piernas de ella aguanten la mayor parte del peso y luego posiciónese lo más cerca al cuerpo y sea lo suficientemente fuerte para aguantar a ambos de modo que la elevación por si misma se sienta fácil de ejecutar.
  2. Balance: mantener la sentada de forma vertical con ambos pies bien plantados ayudaran al guía. La contribución del seguidor puede ser el controlar que todas las cosas se ejecuten de forma lenta y controlada (especialmente al principio)
